We had Carl as our inspector, and he did an amazing job! The report was ready same day after he performed the home inspection, and it was very detailed! This part doesn't even just pertain just to Carl but the format that OpenWindow uses to present the report was nice and easy to understand, especially since they add photos and you can see the inspectors comments on what they would recommend right there with the pictures. Price wise it wasn't bad either, with the house we are buying it was only $430 which in my opinion wasn't that bad since most of what we heard was going to be $500+ for a home inspection.
