We have become InterNACHI certified and consistently follow their requirements to remain certified home inspectors.
If you are looking for a home inspector who has gone the extra mile to be the best in their field, consider one that is InterNACHI certified. At OpenWindow Home Inspections, we have earned this certification with this industry-leading association that provides support to help home inspectors become the best in the world.
We have been trained in the InterNACHI residential home inspection standards of practice, and we follow the continuing education policy and code of ethics required to be InterNACHI certified. We went through six steps that included passing an exam, joining the association, completing the code of ethics course, completing the standards of practice course, submitting four simulated inspection reports, and signing an affidavit. This is not a certification you earn once and then are done with it either. We must consistently follow their requirements to remain InterNACHI certified home inspectors, which include continuing education, maintaining logs, maintaining their standards, and passing the exam again every three years.
We are proud to be InterNACHI certified and having their support to be our best because we know that drives us to offer you the most comprehensive home inspection experience. Whether you are a buyer, seller, investor, or real estate professional, you can count on us to provide unrivalled home inspection services under a strict code of ethics.
