We used OpenWindow Home Inspections to do an inspection on a home we are under contract with. They offer a free termite inspection if you get the full home inspection. Joshua was our inspector, and he did a phenomenal job. He was very detailed and provided the best inspection report. We had him do a re-inspection as well after repairs were made, and he once again did a great job. We hired Joshua to inspect our newly built home recently. We had to cancel on him twice due to the house not being ready. This was the builder’s fault and entirely out of our control. However, Joshua was very understanding through all of this and did not charge us a cancellation fee either time. This was a huge relief for us! When he did inspect our home, he did find a few things that needed to be fixed and were brought to the builder’s attention. He does a very detailed inspection, and we are glad he found the few issues that were present. He is very professional, and we highly recommend him!

When I scheduled my inspection with OpenWindow Home Inspections, I thought I would just help what looked like a somewhat new business.
